The mana well room is used to produce mana which is used in crafting.
Overview[]
The mana well room belongs to the production rooms category and is used to produce mana for your castle. It is available at throne room level 4 and with each upgrade its production and capacity is increased. At throne room level 6 you can build a second room and at throne room level 8 a third one to reach a total of 3 mana wells, which you can merge into one large room (they have to be of equal levels).
The mana well has a base production rate (Per-hour resource) that specifies how much mana it produces per hour. This rate is increased with each room upgrade and with each assigned dweller (up to 6 dwellers on a fully merged room). The rate at which an assigned dweller affects production is based on their alchemist class level and their equipment.
The mana well's capacity is used to store the mana it produces. When the max capacity is reached, the room stops production until you transfer the mana to the mana pool. The capacity is increased when you upgrade the room and it is not affected by the assigned dwellers.
